Bruce has more than 25 years of experience in business strategy, marketing and sales, having held senior executive positions in a number of technology companies. He was Vice President and Business Line Leader at Pegasystems, Senior Vice President for Strategic Business Transformation Solutions at Software AG, Chairman and CEO of Savvi International, Co-founder and CEO of The Six Sigma Management Institute, Co-founder and President of Entrada Software, and held several senior management positions within Sybase. Bruce holds a dual Master of Engineering in technical management and computer science from the University of Colorado and Johns Hopkins University.

Desmond has over 30 years experience in the alternative investment space focusing on fund audit, compliance and operational due diligence (ODD). He currently provides ODD consultancy in the alternative investment industry. Desmond spent 10 years at Stanford Management Company, serving as a director, Operational Risk Management and Compliance. He was previously a Senior Audit Manager at Stanford University for investment management and alternative investments. Desmond has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes University, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honors) from the University of South Africa.

Bronwyn has 15 year experience in Private Equity. Currently, she is a Managing Director, Fund Banking Group at J.P. Morgan Private bank. Previously she held multiple positions spanning different areas of Private equity, including a Managing Director at First Republic Bank, VP of Research and Investor Relations at the American Investment Council, VP of Head of Distribution Analytics at BlackRock, and Director Research and Investment Division at Silicon Valley Bank. Bronwyn is a CAIA Charterholder. She received a Ph.D degee in Political Economy from UCLA.
